Ingredients
4 bread slices
3 tbsp butter, softened
1 tbsp finely chopped garlic
½ cup mozzarella cheese, grated
½ tsp oregano
½ tsp chilli flakes
Salt, to taste
¼ tsp Shalimar's Chef Spices Black Pepper Powder
Method
In a small bowl, combine the softened butter and finely chopped garlic to prepare a flavorful garlic butter.
Spread the garlic butter generously over one side of each bread slice.
Top the bread evenly with the grated mozzarella cheese, then sprinkle with oregano, chilli flakes, Shalimar's Chef Spices Black Pepper Powder, and a pinch of salt.
Bake in a preheated oven, cook on a tawa with a covered lid, or air fry for 5–7 minutes, or until the bread turns crisp and golden and the cheese is completely melted and bubbly.
