Ingredients
For the Chicken Tikka
1 cup chicken, boneless and cut into bite-sized pieces
½ cup yogurt
1 tablespoon ginger-garlic paste
½ teaspoon Shalimar's Chef Spices Red Chili Powder
¼ teaspoon Shalimar's Chef Spices Turmeric Powder
½ teaspoon Shalimar's Chef Spices Garam Masala Powder
1 tablespoon lemon juice
Salt to taste
1 tablespoon Shalimar's Soyabean Oil
For the Pizza
1 pizza base
1 cup mozzarella cheese, grated
¼ cup onion, sliced
¼ cup capsicum, sliced
¼ cup tomato, sliced
3 tablespoons pizza sauce
½ teaspoon chili flakes
½ teaspoon oregano
Method
In a bowl, combine the chicken with yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, Shalimar's Chef Spices Red Chili Powder, Turmeric Powder, Garam Masala Powder, lemon juice, salt, and Shalimar's Soyabean Oil. Mix well and marinate for 30 minutes.
Heat a pan with a little oil and cook the marinated chicken over medium heat until fully cooked and lightly charred. Remove from the heat and set aside.
Spread the pizza sauce evenly over the pizza base. Arrange the chicken tikka pieces, onion, capsicum, and tomato on top.
Sprinkle the grated mozzarella cheese generously over the toppings. Finish with chili flakes and oregano.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (356°F) for about 10 minutes, or until the cheese has melted and the crust is crisp.
