Ingredients

  • 300 g chicken breast

  • 2 cups watermelon, cut into cubes

  • ½ cup feta cheese, crumbled

  • 1 cup cucumber, sliced

  • ¼ cup onion, thinly sliced

  • 2 cups lettuce leaves

  • 2 tablespoons Shalimar's Sunflower Oil

  • 1 teaspoon olive oil

  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

  • ½ teaspoon Shalimar's Chef Spices Black Pepper Powder

  • Salt to taste

  • 1 teaspoon honey

  • Fresh mint leaves, for garnish


Method

Wash the chicken breast thoroughly and season it with salt, Shalimar's Chef Spices Black Pepper Powder, and Shalimar's Sunflower Oil. Grill or boil the chicken until fully cooked. Allow it to cool, then cut it into small cubes.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the watermelon cubes, cucumber slices, onion, and lettuce leaves.

Add the cooked chicken cubes to the bowl and gently toss the ingredients together.

Sprinkle the crumbled feta cheese evenly over the salad.

In a small bowl, prepare the dressing by whisking together the olive oil, lemon juice, honey, salt, and Shalimar's Chef Spices Black Pepper Powder until well combined.
