Papdi Chaat

Crisp papdis are layered with potatoes, chickpeas, creamy yogurt, tangy tamarind chutney, and aromatic roasted spices, creating a burst of flavours in every bite.

Ingredients
20 papdis
2 boiled potatoes
½ cup boiled chickpeas
1 cup sour yogurt
4 tbsp tamarind chutney
3 tbsp coriander chutney
½ cup chopped onions
½ cup chopped tomatoes
½ tsp black salt
1 tsp roasted cumin powder
½ tsp Shalimar's Chef Spices Red Chilli Powder
½ cup bhujia or sev
2 tbsp chopped fresh coriander
Method
Arrange the papdis on a serving plate and top them with the boiled potatoes and chickpeas.
Drizzle the whisked yogurt, tamarind chutney, and coriander chutney evenly over the papdis.
Add the chopped onions and tomatoes.
Sprinkle with black salt, roasted cumin powder, and Shalimar's Chef Spices Red Chilli Powder.
Finish with bhujia or sev and chopped fresh coriander.
Serve immediately and enjoy the irresistible combination of crisp, creamy, tangy, spicy, and sweet flavours.
